Mass Communication Department of Arya P.G. College organized a one day seminar on Job Opportunities and Challenges in the Field of Media on Friday. Senior journalist, Dhermender Kvari was the key note speaker who motivated the students with his motivational talk. Principal, Dr. Jagdish Gupta welcomed the guest and congratulated the HOD of Mass Com. Department, Prof. Pardeep Jakhar and Prof. Dinesh Ghalyan for the successful culmination of the seminar.
Sh. Dhermender Kavari said that media offers immense opportunities for employment but the need is of focus, dedication and hard work. He urged the students to read good literature as it helps to enrich vocabulary and deep understanding of the society. He also added that men must not leave the company of Nature as it enhances the creativity and maturity. It advises students to love their profession and respect it. Dr. Gupta opined that these types of seminars should be organized regularly for the betterment of the students. Prof Dinesh, Prof Pardeep and Deepak kumar were present on the occasion.
